Reforging is a mechanic that allows the player to add additional stats to Weapons and Armor, similar to Enchanting. An item can have only one reforge at once, but they can be replaced. Reforges provide greater stat boosts (except those with negative stats) the higher the Rarity of the item is.

Reforging. Reforging is a service provided by the Goblin Tinkerer, which applies a new, random modifier to an item in exchange for coins. It will add a modifier to an unmodified item or replace an existing modifier. It will never leave an item without a modifier.

The Godly modifier raises damage, crit chance and knockback. The Unreal modifier raises those three *and* speed and velocity as well. The reason some wiki articles say Godly is best for that particular weapon would be because speed and velocity cannot be modified for that particular weapon.

Blessed has an incredible stat spread for a reforge and is therefore considered the greatest farming reforge overall, only rivaled by Bountiful.

Dirty is the only reforge that grants ⫽ Ferocity. This reforge can be incredibly powerful when paired with the Tiger Pet and high Bonus Attack Speed. However, if you already have high Ferocity, Fabled would be better because the bonus stacks multiplicatively instead of additively, which provides better DPS.

The decider between Fabled and Withered is balancing CD:STR and Consistency. If you are playing LCM or other stuff that needs consistency, use Withered. If you have a huge amount of CD compared to STR, use Withered to balance it out.
