I have used the keep2share for years in Safari, but yesterday, all of a sudden, it didn't work. Any file I tried to download opened only a blank page with a pagename "keep2share - this file is no longer available"
-Only that the file wasn't deleted, it was fully downloadable in a normal way if I used Crhome.
I have checked all settings in Safari and emptied the caches, restarted the Mac and the browser. Nothing helps.
- By all means. this isn't a big deal, but I am curious to know what causes this issue and how can I solve it.
I have the latest version of Mojave and Safari 14

If there are no issue then use your Chrome.
Try making changes—Safari has safety restrictions and changes can be made in preferences if that is what you want.

Go on the Apple certificate page:
https://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/
Download the Apple Intermediate Certificates
Apple IST CA 2 - G1 Certificate(direct download)
Double click the downloaded certificate to install it in Keychain Access.
You should see it now, in login certificates.

Those restrictions and settings I have checked. I have allowed downloading for Keep2share - as it was already. There should not be anything that can prevent the downloading. More strange is that only a couple of hours earlier the downloading worked fine - as it has done for years: - then suddenly stopped.

Then I would consult Keep2share support.
Sounds like it is a server or certificate issue.

Well - That was my first idea too. I was in contact with Keep2share support - they probably didnt understand perfectly my problem, i got an answer: "it means that the file has been deleted from the service." - which wasn't true.
Perhaps I have to write them again, with more detailed letter.
It is weird that downloadng works fine with other browsers than Safari. That made me think it is somekind of issue in Safari - which I have never met before during all years with Safari

I did that, downloaded and installed the certificate, restarted the mac. No help. The download page flashes quickly and then comes the blank page, just like earlier.

I'm at a loss, but rarely use Safari anymore.
