[WHAT]

This mod MOVES the wonderful VaultTec Power Armor fromAnOneTwoto the Fallout 3 part of TTW. WithMOVESI mean that it's no longer placed on the mod's original location, but in a totally new one.

This mod also comes with a lore-friendly way to get the armor, as a small, lore-friendly unmarked quest, with logs and such. You'll be able to deduce a pair of things and you'll probably feel very good by getting it yourself.

The unmarked quest has nothing to do with any Vault, thanks to what I call The Best Decision Ever™.

This mod also tweaks the armor so its value and stats aligns with TTW. This is essentially The Second Best Decision Ever™.

[REQUIREMENTS]

This mod REQUIRES the original mod installed for the assets. Any version, any resolution.

It will not work without it!

[COMPATIBILITY]

This mod is compatible with any mod compatible with the original regarding the power armor itself and not its location. To name a few:

Recon Armor under Power ArmorPSA: I recommend the use of this three as well. Power Armor it's simply not the same without them!!

[INSTALLATION]

1. Install original Vault-Tec Power Armor mod.
2. Install this mod and let it overwrite original.

This mod is just an .esp with the very same name as the original, so it shall overwrite it. I recommend to use Mod Organizer 2, and let this mod overwrite original in the left pane.

This section is fully integrated by two spoilers. As stated, the mod comes with a lore-friendly way to get the armor, with an ummarked quest. However, if you want to know where it is and how to get it, then this section is for you.

First spoiler is a notion on where you will find it. Second spoiler is the full knowledge on the unmarked quest.

The armor is in a trunk in the west wing of the Museum of Technology, in the control room of the planetary. You should check the place and investigate to eventually deduce how to obtain it.

The Power Armor is in a Vault-Tec trunk in the control backroom of the planetary of Museum of Technology. It was supposed to be an addition to the Vault Expo, to see what were the people's reaction to the display of Armored Police inside the Vaults (probably bad).
The Museum of Technology is a place almost every player passes through eventually, mainly to pick the Antenna for Galaxy News Radio broadcast expansion quest.

The trunk is closed with a key. The info on where the key could be is written in logs on a new terminal in the Museum, the Museum of Technology Large Pieces Stock Department terminal. It's located here:

Q: How the hell am I supposed to get over there?

This terminal is locked with Very Hard level. However, if the player searches the other terminals of the building (the ones for the employees, not the ones for the visitors) they'll see a new mail section inside of them, with one only mail received in each of them, with a warning about a lost password holotape for the Large Pieces Stock terminal. The holotape contains both the current password and the software to change the password (so, as it's lost, the password was never changed). The mail states that the last time it was seen was in the Overlook Office from the Atrium of the Museum, just above a computer machine. This is essentially what happened:

It fell. Just like the bombs.

Anyway, the logs in the terminal narrates how the one in charge of the Large Pieces Stock Department went to his home in Annandale with the key to open the trunk, and the day he was supposed to bring it back to work, he forgot. He went back to his home to pick it up, but in that time the bombs fell. That day was Saturday, October's 23th, 2077.

In the logs, the one in charge also complains about some other things regarding the Museum. For my personal entertainment, and I hope yours too, I'll leave it to you to read.

The one in charge is called Mattew Harris. His home was in Annandale, a real location near Washington DC which in the universe of Fallout turned out to be Andale after the war.

In Fallout 3, Andale is a town which came alive again after the bombs fell because its inhabitants began to eat human flesh to subexist. Old Man Harris, a character we can meet in this town in Fallout 3, tells us how he also ate human flesh, but eventually realized it was definitely wrong and stopped. He then lived secluded until the player comes by.

This mod assumes the Harris family somehow returned to Annandale, now called Andale, to their former house, and Old Man Harris is the last descendant of Matthew Harris. Oh, if the poor Mathew came back alive, he would definitely go underground again right away!

Wether if Matthew Harris survived the Great War or not is left to interpretation. But in his house, now Old Man Harris' house, the key for the trunk Matthew hid 200 years ago is still in the very same place:
