What is included in the pharmacy benefit for Sam’s Club Plus Members*?
Sam's Club Plus Members can save money through prescription discounts. Plus Members are eligible to receive a 30 day supply of over 600 generic drugs for $10 or less as well as 10 select generic prescriptions for $0.* The 10 generic prescription drugs for $0 are:

How do I receive the Plus Member prescription drug pricing?
To receive the prescription discount, Members should show their valid Plus Membership card at the pharmacy drop-off window. Check prescription pricing
How do I know if I should use this program versus my insurance or government healthcare program?
Our Sam’s Club pharmacy team will be happy to help you understand the cost of your prescription drugs through the Plus Member pharmacy benefit allowing you to decide which program is best for you for that particular medication. Please note that the Plus Membership program cannot be used in conjunction with insurance or a government healthcare program (like Medicare).
Can I use the Plus benefit with manufacturer coupon cards or discount cards?
No, this benefit cannot be combined with coupon or discount cards.
Are there brand name prescriptions that are eligible for discounts?
Yes, Sam’s Plus members are eligible to receive discounts on brand medications.
Do over-the-counter (OTC) items and supplies need a prescription to be filled as part of the Sam’s Plus benefit?
Any item filled at the pharmacy, including OTC items, must have a prescription to be filled at pharmacy, and to be eligible for the Sam’s Plus discounts.
What restrictions exist for this benefit?
Prices are limited to a 30 day supply only and are based on the most commonly dispensed quantities. There will be an additional cost for quantities greater than listed quantity. Additional Restrictions apply*.
I’m in a state that doesn’t allow free prescriptions, what will the price of the free prescriptions be?
In states that will not allow free prescriptions, these products will be available for $2 for a 30 day supply.
What family Members can use the Sam’s Plus benefit? Are pets included?
All immediate family members (spouses and dependents) of the Sam’s Club cardholder are eligible to use the Sam’s Club Plus Member benefit at the pharmacy. Sam’s Plus Members also receive 8% off pet medications. The 8% discount applies to pet only medications. If the pet is taking a traditional (human) medication the regular Plus discount would apply.
Are any medications excluded from the program?
The Sam’s Club Plus Program does not provide any discounts on controlled substance medications.
