Same day care options
Sometimes you need to be seen right away. We offer several same day care options, including virtual on-demand.
Emergency room vs urgent care
Sometimes you may not be sure which is best for you. If you are not sure, start with virtual on-demand by downloading the Corewell Health app or using MyChart. Your wait time will be less than 10 minutes to see a provider. If you need to be directed to another service for care, you will not be charged for the on-demand visit.
Regular care options
We offer both in-person and expanded virtual services. We have enabled our primary care and most of our specialty care medical teams to see you through a virtual visit.

- Our locations are open for in-person visits, visit Find A Doctor for the latest information on your location. For those requiring an in-person visit, you will be directed to the appropriate location. If you need assistance, call 877.362.8362. If you need help finding a doctor, they will be able to assist or you can visit Find a Doctor.
- Appointments will be available between 7 am and 5 pm.
- Additional precautions include: virtual check-in and curbside immunizations at many locations.
